Bed and dining room addition

The client wanted to create a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe in the existing garage. To compensate for the loss of the garage and carport a double car bay was excavated in front of the house on street level. On the opposite side of the house a dining room was added with an inbuilt pellet burner.
